Assault; Stegall alleges that while she was looking at a rental property owned by Kain at 2819 Sanford, Kain commented about her breasts while they were looking at the basement. With the purpose of leaving, Stegall started to walk up the stairs when Kain allegedly pulled Stegall into a bedroom, placing her hand on his crotch. During the struggle, Stegall claims she injured and bruised herself while trying to get away, and also was embarrassed and frightened. She is seeking at least $50,000 and demands a trial by jury.
