  • Smith claims that Forbes, an employee for Madison County Transit, allegedly ran a stop sign colliding his bus with her Toyota Tundra, injuring her and her 12-year-old son on Dec. 9, 2003, at the intersection of East 3rd and Henry in Alton.

  • Kizer alleges that while working as a laborer for Northern Pipeline as a sub contractor for McCartin McAuliffe, he was required to walk on 30-inch pipes in order to x-ray large pipe welding. He slipped and fell on a wet, muddy pipe injuring his chest. The incident took place while doing renovations in Hartford.

    Kelly R. Bohnenstiehl v. Jurgen Bieselt, Laidlaw Transit

  • Bohnenstiehl claims that while driving on a private road attempting to make a right turn onto Franklin in Edwardsville, Bieselt turned left off of Franklin into the private drive, striking her 1998 Mitsubishi 3000 GT. Bieselt was working for Laidlaw and driving a 1995 Genesis bus. Bohnenstiehl is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 in each of two counts.
