Glen Ahlers v. Ford Motor Company, Dearborn, MI

By Steve Gonzalez | Sep 9, 2004

Ahlers alleges that Ford used the wrong radiators in its 2000 and 2001 F-150 pickup trucks.

In a class action lawsuit filed Thursday, September 9th, Glen Ahlers claims that when he bought a Ford F150 Pick-up at Koetting Ford in Granite City, he paid for an 'upgraded' radiator that the truck didn't actually have.

As the named plaintiff representing a class of Ford truck buyers, Ahlers claims that Ford misrepresented the radiators in all of its 2000 and 2001 Ford F150's.

Ahlers is represented by the Chicago-based plaintiff's firm Becker & Galanti. He lives in Granite City with his wife, Laurie.
