A woman says she was hurt when the car she was riding in was rear-ended while driving in Shiloh.
Deborah Gischer filed a lawsuit Oct. 7 against Mary Soltys in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
Gischer says she was a passenger in a car driving north on Greenmount Road in September 2013 when it was hit from behind by a car driven by Soltys. Gischer accuses Soltys of negligence and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical bills and court fees.
