Woman blames oncoming driver for multiple injuries in crash

A woman filed a complaint against a motorist following a 2013 highway accident in Madison County. Teresa Boner filed a lawsuit June 18 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Charles Riley II, claiming vehicular negligence in a June 2013 two-car crash.
