IL Attorney General's Office seeks to withdraw motion to vacate order finding conflict of interest in Madison County raid case

After filing a motion to vacate an order finding that a conflict of interest exists in regards to a raid at the Madison County administration building six months ago, the Office of the Illinois Attorney General now seeks to withdraw its petition.
