According to the complaint, on June 10, 2013, decedent Patrick Bray was working for Walsh Construction on the Blanchette Bridge project over the Missouri River when he was struck and killed by a falling barrel. The plaintiffs alleges Walsh Construction failed to provide a safe place to work.
