EDWARDSVILLE – A Madison County woman is suing two tenants who allegedly owe her more than $80,000 in unpaid rent.
Lisa Bricker filed a lawsuit May 9 in Madison County Circuit Court against Teri Cloninger and Chelsey Cloninger, alleging breach of a lease agreement.
According to the complaint, the Cloningers rented property on State Route 140 in Fort Russell township owned by the plaintiff. Bricker claims the renters owe $82,990.
Bricker seeks recovery of the unpaid rent. She is self-represented.
