HeplerBroom attorneys included in Best Lawyers in America 2016

Ten HeplerBroom attorneys have been selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America list for 2016.

Attorneys Gordon R. Broom, Glenn E. Davis, Jeffery S. Hebrank, Larry E. Hepler, Theodore J. MacDonald Jr., Thomas J. Magee, Gerard T. Noce, Jason Rankin, Catherine Reiter and Anthony Tunney were selected for the list.

Additionally, Broom, Davis and MacDonald were awarded Lawyer of the Year. They were selected based on voting averages received during the peer-review assessments.

Broom was selected Lawyer of the year for mass tort litigation/class actions – defendants. He was also included in the Best Lawyer list for mass tort litigation/ class actions for the defense.

Davis was selected Lawyer of the year for antitrust law. He was also included in the Best Lawyer list for antitrust law, commercial litigation, franchise law, antitrust litigation, intellectual property litigation, mergers and acquisitions and securities litigation.

MacDonald was selected Lawyer of the Year for Bet-the-Company litigation. He was also included in the Best Lawyer list for Bet-the-Company litigation, commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense and personal injury litigation for the defense.

Hebrank was selected for mass tort litigation/class actions for the defense.

Hepler was selected for mass tort litigation/class actions for the defense.

Magee was selected for personal injury litigation for the defense, product liability litigation for the defense and professional malpractice law for the defense.

Noce was selected for personal injury litigation for the defense.

Rankin was selected for product liability litigation for the defense.

Reiter was selected for professional malpractice law for the defense.

Tunney was selected for insurance litigation.
