A Madison County driver is accused of crashing into another car in Granite City.
Meghan N. Nulsen filed a lawsuit against Elizabeth Quiroz Romero July 24 in Madison County Circuit Court.
According to the lawsuit, Nulsen was driving her 2008 Hyundai on 20th Street near Lee Avenue in August 2011 when Romero allegedly left her lane of traffic and crashed into her. Nulsen says she was hurt in the crash and claims her car sustained nearly $10,000 in damages.
Nulsen accuses Romero of negligence and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical expenses, car repairs and court costs. She is represented by attorney Ronald Robinson of St. Louis.
