A Tennessee oil company that won a judgement in a Missouri court is asking for it to be enforced in Madison County.
Harriman Oil Company LLC filed a registration of foreign judgment in Madison County Circuit Court Oct. 15 against Thomas B. Baker.
According to the petition, Harriman Oil Company won its lawsuit against Baker in June in the U.S. District Court of Eastern Missouri. The amount awarded was more than $217,000 and allegedly remains outstanding.
Harriman Oil Company asks that the judgement be registered in Madison County.
The company is represented by attorneys Bruce D. LeMoine, Christopher R. LaRose and Joel O. Christensen of St. Louis.
