An O'Fallon rental car company is being sued by sued a customer who claims she was hurt in the parking lot.
Anne Perry filed a lawsuit Oct. 5 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Enterprise Leasing Company of St. Louis LLC.
According to the complaint, Perry was a customer of the Enterprise Rental Car on West U.S. Highway 50 in October 2010. She claims she was hurt while walking in the company's parking lot. Perry accuses Enterprise Leasing of negligence for allegedly failing to keep its property in a safe condition. She asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical bills, lost wages and costs of the lawsuit.
