Progressive Recovery's lawsuit filed against Shanon Jones on July 2, 2012 in St. Clair County Circuit Court has settled.

According to a May 14, 2014 order, the court had been advised that the parties had reached settlement of the case and agreed to a consent judgment.

In its complaint, Progressive alleges it authorized Jones to make work-related purchases on a credit card it issued to him. However, the company claimed the defendant used the credit card for personal expenses, according to the complaint.

"Upon payment of the amounts agreed by the parties due to Plaintiff, the case will be dismissed with prejudice," states the court order. "Court is advised that payments are proceeding on schedule without need for additional action."

St. Clair County Circuit Court case number: 12-L-345.
