A westbound driver on Homer Adams Parkway in Alton claims he suffered injuries when another driver crashed into the rear of his vehicle.
Harold Massey filed suit on March 7 in Madison County Circuit Court against Stephanie Meyer.
Massey claims the incident occurred on March 16, 2010.
He accuses Meyer of failing to keep her vehicle under proper control and failing to brake in time to avoid colliding with his vehicle.
Massey, represented by Lon D. Weaver of Bethalto, is seeking in excess of $50,000 in damages plus costs of the suit.
