A Madison County man is suing the driver of a car that he says crashed into him while driving in Bethalto.
Nathaniel A. Hunt filed the lawsuit Nov. 28 in Madison County Circuit Court against Maggie D. Clark.
Hunt says the crash happened while driving west on West Old Bethalto Road in September 2010. Hunt says Clark was driving in the opposite direction on West Old Bethalto and crashed into him. He says he received several injuries as a result of the impact.
Hunt accuses Clark of negligence and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical expenses, loss of income and court fees.
Attorney Gregory M. Tobin of East Alton is representing Hunt.
