A Madison County woman is asking to be paid more than $50,000 by a driver who allegedly crashed into her while driving in Madison.
Susan A. Mangiaricino filed a lawsuit Nov. 28 against Aaron T. Bettorf in Madison County Circuit Court.
According to the complaint, Mangiaricino was driving her truck north on Illinois Route 203 on Oct. 15. As she crossed the McCambridge Viaduct, her vehicle was allegedly hit from behind by a truck being driven by Bettorf.
Mangiaricino accuses Bettorf of negligence and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical expenses and court costs. She is being represented by attorney Brad L. Badgley of Belleville.
