A woman and her two friends are accused of beating up another woman at her home.
Angela Ramsey filed a lawsuit March 7 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Cynthia L. Niebruegge, Rachel M. Rednour and Marcia A. Rednour.
Ramsey says the three defendants came to her Sparta home in March 2009 and beat her up. Ramsey claims the women hit her in the face and kicked her while she was on the ground.
Ramsey accuses Niebruegge and Rachel and Marcia Rednour of battery. She is asking for more than $150,000 in damages for medical expenses, loss of income and court costs.
