A woman is asking to be paid more than $50,000 for injuries she says she received in a head-on crash with an alleged impaired driver in Collinsville.
Kourtnie Cobstill filed the complaint against the estate of Terry Gentry Jan. 28 in Madison County Circuit Court.
Cobstill says she was driving south of Illinois 157 in July 2010 when Gentry, allegedly under the influence of alcohol and driving in the opposite direction, crashed into the front of her car. Cobstill says she received multiple serious injuries to her leg, ankle and elbow in the head-on collision.
Cobstill is asking Gentry's estate to pay more than $50,000 in damages.
