A credit card company has filed suit against the man who it claims failed to pay more than $90,000 worth of debts.
Capital One Bank claims Aaron Nayer owes it $96,217.41.
Despite numerous demands for the repayment of the indebtedness Nayer allegedly incurred, Nayer has failed to reimburse Capital One, according to the complaint filed Dec. 29 in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
In addition to the money it says Nayer owes it, Capital One is seeking costs.
It will be represented by Blitt and Gaines of Wheeling.
