A Madison County woman is suing the driver of a car she says pulled out of a restaurant parking lot and crashed into her.
Ina Lemaster filed a lawsuit against Adrienne M. Will Dec. 17 in Madison County Circuit Court.
Lemaster says she was driving west on Johnson Road in Granite City in January 2009. As she approached the entrance of a McDonald's parking lot, Lemaster says Will pulled out in front of her. Lemaster says Will drove a 1995 Pontiac into the side of her vehicle.
Lemaster accuses Will of negligence and asks the driver pay more than $50,000 in damages for injuries, medical expenses and court costs.
