A Collinsville woman is suing a Caseyville man for more than $100,000 after he allegedly rear-ended her at a stop light.

Teri Dellamano filed the lawsuit against Christopher A. Wilson Nov. 17 in Madison County Circuit Court. Anna Wilson, the owner of the car Christopher was driving, is also named as a defendant.

Dellamano says she was stopped at the intersection of Johann Drive and North Keebler Avenue in Collinsville when Christopher Wilson, who was driving behind her, crashed into the rear of Dellamano's vehicle.

Dellamano claims the collision caused several serious injuries to her neck and back.

Dellamano accuses Wilson of negligence and asks for $100,000 in damages. She is represented by attorneys Keith Short and Noel L. Smith Jr. of Shiloh. They ask for a jury trial.
