American Express is suing a Belleville man for more than $91,000 in unpaid credit card purchases.
In the complaint filed Oct. 20 in St. Clair County Circuit Court, American Express Centurion Bank says Michael Young refuses to pay his $91.674.71 credit card bill.
American Express says Young agreed to all terms of the credit card agreement, including a promise to pay for all charges and fees on the account.
The credit card company is suing Young for the amount owed, attorney fees and court costs.
