Woman's case over revealed STD test findings in court Wednesday

A case management conference in suit over a woman's disclosed sexually transmitted disease test results will be held Wednesday at 9 a.m.

Plaintiff Jane Doe is suing Maureen Sackmann and Quest Diagnostics Inc. for allegedly revealing her positive Herpes test to her boyfriend.

The defendants deny the claims.

The suit is seeking damages of more than $350,000 and costs.

Jane Doe is represented by Emily Johnson.

Sackmann is represented by John Webster.

Quest Diagnostics is represented by Matthew Day.

Madison County Circuit Judge Barbara Crowder presides.
