RSI Home Product Sales filed a notice of filing of foreign judgment in Madison County Circuit Court May 17 against Maggos and Associates doing business as Home Improvement Warehouse.
RSI claims Judge William M. Monroe of Orange County Superior Court in California awarded RSI $90,000 on March 8.
Now, RSI wants to file the verdict in Madison County Circuit Court.
William J. Knapp and John A. Bruegger of Knapp, Ohl and Green in Edwardsville will be representing it.
