Case management set Wednesday in Avon Skin So Soft suit

A case management conference is set Wednesday in a woman's product liability suit stemming from rectal bleeding and other symptoms she claims to have suffered after using Avon shower gel.

Plaintiff Darlene Fisher is suing Avon and Ann Fisher for damages in excess of $200,000, costs, attorney's fees and other damages.

Fisher.

The case management conference is set for 9 a.m. Jan. 27.

Madison County Circuit Judge Dennis Ruth is presiding.

Darlene Fisher is represented by Susan Swartzkopf.

The defendants are represented by Steven Sanders.
