Franklin Credit Management Corporation has filed a breach of contract complaint against a St. Clair County resident, alleging she failed to pay the balance on a promissory note.
Represented by The Wirbicki Law Group, Franklin Credit claims Donna J. Bedwell agreed to pay monthly payments of $761.17 for 240 months, but has failed to make payments since April 16, 2007.
"Allowing for all just set offs and credits, the amount due and owing to Franklin Credit Management Corporation under the terms of the Note as of December 1, 2008, is $75,974.03," the suit filed Nov. 19 in St. Clair County Circuit Court states.
In addition to the balance due, Franklin Credit is seeking interest, attorneys' fees, costs and other relief the court deems just.
