Ruth Holtgrave of Highland is seeking in excess of $50,000 in damages from Robert Ameiss of Belleville over an accident that occurred Nov. 25, 2006.
The accident took place on St. Rose Road near the intersection of Baumann Road in Helvetia Township, court papers say.
Holtgrave, who was westbound on St. Rose Road, claims Ameiss, who was southbound on Baumann Road, failed to stop at the intersection and collided with her vehicle, according to the complaint filed Aug. 18 in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
She claims injuries to her sternum, nose, face and hip.
Holtgrave is represented by James R. Williams of Williams, Caponi, Foley & Eckert of Belleville.
