Kathie Miller is suing Harry D. McGraw over a traffic accident that happened Aug. 8, 2007 in the 900 block of Martin Luther King Drive in East St. Louis.
According to a complaint filed Aug. 15 in St. Clair County Circuit Court, McGraw allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout and struck Miller's vehicle from the rear as the two vehicles were traveling southbound.
Miller claims she sustained severe and disabling injuries. She seeks in excess of $50,000 in damages.
She is represented by Staci M. Yandle of Belleville.
