Wings of Shiloh faces two separate Dram Shop lawsuits related to an auto accident that occurred last year in O'Fallon.

James M. Higdon and Angela M. Gildehaus claim the Shiloh tavern was negligent for providing intoxicating liquors to John B. Fitzhugh on April 28-29, 2007.

According to the suits filed in St. Clair County Circuit Court on April 17-18, Fitzhugh crashed into the vehicle in which Higdon and Gildehaus were passengers causing them severe and permanent injuries.

Fitzhugh was traveling on North Seven Hills Road near the intersection of O'Fallon-Troy Road when the accident happened, the complaints state.

Higdon, represented by Alan G. Pirtle of the Rex Carr Law Firm in East St. Louis, is seeking in excess of $50,000 in damages, plus costs.

Gildehaus, represented by Turner A. Rouse of the Rouse Law Firm in Belleville, also is seeking in excess of $50,000 in damages plus costs.
