Shelia Lopez v. Feto Jusufi d/b/a Spring Garden Family Restaurant

Lopez claims she was injured when she slipped and fell while working at the restaurant on Aug. 26, 2007, and that the company failed to provide workers' compensation coverage for her benefit. Lopez is seeking damages in excess of $50,000, plus costs.
