The next meeting of People in Business will be held at the Oatman house Tea Room and Restaurant in Collinsville from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 18.
The mission of People in Business serves to replace or supplement the "cold call" sales approach by building long lasting relationships, expanding business friendships, planting seeds of knowledge through communications, encouraging growth and trusted referrals, and providing a conduit for successful business contacts.
Another feature, "Accelerated Networking" gives participants an extra boost in sharing information and learning about other products and services that may be complementary.
Visitors are encouraged to attend at all People in Business locations.
Meetings are held once a month in O'Fallon, Alton, Collinsville, and Edwardsville. All meetings are scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Group Coordinator for the March 18 meeting is Diann Robins of Nu Skin Enterprises. Facilitator is Judi Schutzenhofer and Greeter, Dominic Messing of Edward Jones.
This group is designed to help build a support system and outreach connection for companies. It provides an informal networking format and a convenient information exchange resource group. Membership is free.
The $5 attendance fee includes a snack breakfast and a drink. Attendees are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early to network before the meeting and bring extra business cards or brochures.
