Phillip Hensley v. BNSF Railway and Richard Gibson

Hensley claims BNSF failed to provide him a safe place to work which led to his injuries on May 30, 2004. Count II alleges Gibson committed legal malpractice by failing to file a personal injury suit before the statute of limitations ran. Hensley is seeking damages in excess of $100,000.
