Joe Scott, d/b/a Scott Properties and Honeybend ResortLowery claims her 8 year old daughter Ashley died on Oct. 1, 2005, when she drowned at the Honeybend Resort in the outdoor swimming pool. Lowery is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.
