Kathryn Ball, individually and as special administrator of the estate of Baby Ball v. James J. Dalla-Riva, M.D., Thomas Hulsen, M.D.

  • Ball claims the defendants failed to adequately inform her of all the risks and dangers of the chronic use of the medicine, propranolol, to her developing child, causing her baby to die on March 29, 2004. Ball is seeking damages in excess of $200,000.

  • Colley claims that she sustained serious and permanent injuries on March 25, 2004, when Rosecrans allegedly collided with her at intersection of 9th Street and Berry Road in Wood River. Colley is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.
