Charles Cleary v. Illinois Central RailroadCleary claims that on May 8, 2003, he was diagnosed with asbestosis and in July 2005, was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer, both of which were caused by exposure to asbestos while working for the railroad. Cleary is seeking damages in excess of $50,000, under the Federal Employers' Liability Act.
