Kathy Jones and Marty Jones v. Michael Storey and Misty Soliben

The Jones' claim that the defendants at various times from Aug. 1-Sept. 4 trespassed on their property to cut numerous trees down for the purpose of logging and resale. The Jones are seeking damages in excess of $100,000, plus punitive damages in excess of $50,000.
