Bart Miller v. John and Rhonda CarlyleMiller claims his neighbors, the Carlyles, placed a 10’x15’ chain link fence on his property in order to retain a dog and have refused to remove the fence. Miller is seeking actual damages and punitive damages against the defendants in excess of $50,000.

Klunk claims she sustained permanent injuries on March 17, when Hamilton allegedly collided with her on Route 100 in Nutwood, Ill. in Jersey County. Klunk is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.
