Starkey alleges she was injured when a bathroom mirror fell from the wall and cut her right leg on Aug. 10, 2004, at the Motel 6 in Caseyville. Starkey is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.

Lofton claims Allie was exposed to benzene while an employee of Monsanto from 1952-1982 which led to her death from AML on Dec. 10, 2003. Lofton is seeking compensatory damages in excess of $150,000 and punitive damages in excess of $150,000.
