  • Brdar claims he seriously injured himself on Sept. 23, 2002, while working with a ratchet and tie down system. Vicki Brdar claims she lost the consortium of her husband due to his injuries. The couple seeks at least $400,000 in damages.

    Angela Dawn Lane, deceased, by her personal representative, Mark McLeod, II, and as special administrator of the estate of Angela Dawn Lane v. Jack Schmitt of Alton, Eric Provaznik, Gary Drainer, and Kenneth Momphard

  • McLeod claims Lane died while she was a passenger on a motorcycle driven by Momphard on April 10. The incident took place on Illinois River Road when Provaznik attempted to pass Drainer in a no passing zone causing a head on collision which caused to motorcycle to skid in order to avoid the accident. McLeod is seeking at least $200,000 in damages for Lane’s surviving children.

  • Jaeger claims she was injured when she tripped on cords and wires at SIUE that were provided by Clearwing for a music concert on Nov. 13, 3003. Jaeger is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.
