Kahn claims the Ephedra-manufacturing defendants sold, promoted and distributed items that contained Ephedra without properly giving adequate warnings and side effects and dangerous risks associated with the drug. Kahn is seeking an amount to be determined by the jury for all her damages she claims she sustained but in an amount to exceed $75,000.
