Cedric Cox v. Alton Police Department & Dennis W. Lackey

Cox claims he was seriously injured on May 24, 2004, when Lackey collided with his vehicle at Illinois Route 3 and Illinois 143 at a speed in excess of 80 miles per hour. Lackey was being pursued by the Alton Police Department at the time of the accident. Cox claims he incurred more than $400,000 in medical bills and lost wages in the amount of $30,000.
