Elsie v. Terrence Wiegand and Doug Gehring, d/b/a Custom Detail Trim and Accessories.

  • On April 12, 2003, at the intersection of Seiler Road and Barbara in Foster Township, Elsie claims Custom Detail and Trim employee, Wiegand, collided with her vehicle during the scope of his business. Elsie is seeking damages of at least $100,000 for injuries, medical expenses and lost wages.

  • In September 2002, while employed with CSX Transportation, Inc., Dagg alleges he was severely injured as a result of his employer’s failure to provide safe working conditions. He is seeking damages of at least $50,000 for medical bills, future pain and suffering and mental anguish.
