Craig Keeney v. SHIV Hospitality Inc., d/b/a The Hiway House, Mansa LLC

  • On Feb. 16, 2003, Keeney alleges that he injured himself when he slipped and fell on a wet floor at Godfrey’s Hiway House, which housed a bar and dance floor. Keeney sites negligence on the part of the owners and employees. Keeney is seeking at least $100,000 in damages.

  • Garrett claims that U.S. Bank in Bethalto failed to provide safe conditions for patrons. Garrett alleges that on April 12, 2004, he slipped and fell in the foyer entrance of U. S. Bank in Bethalto. Garrett is seeking at least $50,000 for injuries, medical costs, and mental anguish.
