Shirley Keasling and Jeffrey Tervasi v. Kimberly Brandt and Elena BrandtKeasling claims that Brandt collided into her vehicle on March 5, 2003, while traveling south on Route 159 near Route 140 in Madison County. Keasling is seeking at least $100,000 for injuries, medical expenses, and lost wages.

On May 9, 2004, Dehne alleges while traveling as a passenger in Creekpaum's vehicle on Route 140 at the Geiger Road intersection in Alhambra, Parker collided into the vehicle in which she was riding. Dehne is seeking a judgment of at least $100,000 in damages.

Shelter Insurance Companies, as subrogee of Christy R. Boyles v. Rodrigo A. Martinez and Jose Herrera

Boyles claims that Martinez failed to pay $53,431 in damages from an automobile accident that occured on Feb. 1, 2003. By terms of the policy, Shelter Insurance Companies paid Boyles $53,431 to indemnify her loss. Because Martinez was at fault in the accident, Shelter Insurance Companies requests reimbursement from Martinez in amount of $53,431 and all costs.

Cawvey claims on April 4, 2003 in the West Commercial Court in Glen Carbon, Dickerson backed out of a parking space into her vehicle. Cawvey is seeking at least $50,000 to $75,000 for multiple injuries and medical costs.
