Greensfelder Hemker & Gale introduces new attorneys

Two new attorneys have joined the Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale law firm in its St. Louis office.

Kim Myers joins the firm as of counsel. She was previously the vice president and general counsel for Cardinal Health subsidiary Medicine Shoppe International. She has experience in corporate legal matters and will focus her practice on franchise clients.

Myers’ past work includes contract and commercial transactions, franchise law compliance and distribution and supply agreements.

She earned her law degree from Washington University School of Law, where she was associate editor of the Law Quarterly. She also earned a finance degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Myers is a member of the Missouri Bar and the Illinois State Bar Association.

Carson Maricle joins the firm as an associate attorney. He will concentrate his practice on corporate law matters, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

He was previously employed as an associate with Mathis, Marifian & Richter in Belleville, and has experience in business law, taxation and estate planning.

Maricle earned his law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he was an editor for the Law Journal. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and political science from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. He will complete is Mater of Laws at Washington University School of Law in May 2015.

Maricle is a member of the Missouri Bar and the Illinois State Bar Association.
