Network Commercial Service Inc. filed a lawsuit Feb. 11 in Madison County Circuit Court against Guaranty Title Company.
According to the complaint, Guaranty Title Company entered into a written agreement with Network Commercial Service's assignor Stewart Title Guaranty Company in which the defendant agreed to act as Stewart's agent.
Network Commercial Service alleges Stewart Title Guaranty Company suffered loss and damages due to alleged errors and omissions committed by Guaranty Title Company.
Network Commercial Service claims the damages amount to $120,278.03.
The plaintiff alleges Guaranty Title Company has refused to pay the amount due.
