A man alleges he suffered wrist, arm and hand injuries after an intoxicated man picked him up, then dropped him.
Chris Harrison filed a lawsuit Jan. 9 in Madison County Circuit Court against Richard Burch.
In his complaint, Harrison alleges that on May 7, 2014, in Cottage Hills, Burch picked him up, then dropped him to the ground for an unknown reason. Because of the incident, in addition to his injuries, Harrison incurred medical costs, lost wages and experienced pain and suffering, according to the complaint.
Harrison seeks a judgment of more than $50,000, plus costs and other relief the court deems just.
