A St. Clair County man says he was hurt when he was rear-ended while driving in East St. Louis.
Chris A. Rydgig filed the lawsuit Sept. 9 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Joseph E. Morgan.
Rydgig says he was driving west on the Poplar Street Bridge on Jan. 30 when he was hit from behind by a car driven by Morgan. Rydgig accuses Morgan of negligence and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering.
Attorney Gregory M. Tobin, of East Alton, represents Rydgig.
