A Washington Park strip club is denying allegations in a negligence, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress lawsuit that a former dancer filed in January.

Terra Johnson filed suit against Reginald Allen, Gail Allen, Jody Marsala, Miss Kitty’s Inc. and unknown Jane Doe, claiming she suffered injuries and continues to suffer neurological episodes following a July 14, 2012 attack at the club. She claims Reginald Allen forced her off stage while she was performing her duties and into the women’s restroom. He allegedly grabbed her throat and yelled at her about money.

A status conference is scheduled Sept. 29 in Circuit Court Vincent Lopinot's court.

Johnson is represented by Michael Gras, Law Office of Christopher Cueto and Lloyd M. Cueto, Law Office of Lloyd M. Cueto.

Reginald Allen and Jody Marsala are represented by Matthew Zittel of Neville, Richards and Wuller in Swansea.

Johnson claims Marsala slammed her head into a toilet and Doe punched her in the face and on her head.

Reginald Allen allegedly threatened her with death if she went to the hospital or police, the suit claims. As a result of the attack, Johnson suffered from multiple severe seizures, but didn’t receive medical treatment for fear of her life. She was forced to move out of state with her family because of the threat on her life.

She seeks damages from each defendant in excess of $50,000, attorney’s fees and court costs.
