A St. Clair County man is suing over claims he was injured in a collision at Old Collinsville Road and Highway 50.
Robert K. Little filed a lawsuit Aug. 6 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Robert J. Sanders, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, Little was driving south on Old Collinsville Road on Aug. 28, 2012, when Sanders allegedly failed to watch for other automobiles rightfully on the roadway and crossed Old Collinsville Road on Highway 50, causing a collision. Little says he sustained injuries, and Sanders is accused of negligence.
Little is seeking more than $50,000 in damages. He is being represented in the case by attorney Robert C. Nelson of Nelson and Nelson in Belleville.
